The universal salary calculator aims to provide a fair compensation proposal for employers interested in engaging remote, cross-border tech workers, particularly amongst countries with wide financial disparities.

We use as our baseline the compensations for tech workers in Greece -as this is the market we are most familiar with- and translate these compensations to other countries' salaries via a simple mathematical reduction formula which takes into consideration the local cost of living, and the local purchasing power.
